We will do our best to address your concerns. If your order has already been shipped (provided with a tracking number) or was unable to be cancelled at the moment of ordering, please await its arrival before contacting us.

Return and Refund Eligibility

Our policy is valid for 30 days from your purchase date. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. We also require proof of purchase for return.

Please note: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customer Responsibility for Return Costs

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning items, including shipping and handling fees.

Exchange

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases (if applicable):

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will email you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Lost or Missing Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once confirmed as delivered.
Customers are responsible for claims with carriers for lost/missing packages.
We are not responsible for items dispatched to the wrong address due to incorrect information.

Please ensure your contact number is updated and someone is available to receive the delivery to minimize the risk of loss.

Gifts

For items marked as gifts and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon returning the item.
For items not marked as gifts or shipped to the gift giver, refunds will be issued to the gift giver.
